At the same time, Shishi City innovatively formulated the linkage mechanism of coal and heat prices in the centralized control area. The medium-temperature and medium-pressure steam are the same as the low-temperature and low-temperature steam, and the price level of the two is adjusted according to the floating price index of thermal coal around the Bohai Sea, which has obvious advantages compared with the same industry in Fujian province and even in China.
